En total, casi el 50% de los compradores se decantaron por viviendas con espacios al aire libre, una cualidad de las viviendas de AEDAS Homes que se ha convertido en una prioridad en el mercado. Este porcentaje es cerca de tres puntos superior al de 2019 (47%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los compradores tambi\u00e9n se decantaron por viviendas con m\u00e1s habitaciones. En el informe se observa c\u00f3mo muchas de las personas que dispon\u00edan de una casa con uno o dos dormitorios (la llamada demanda de reposici\u00f3n) ahora prefieren viviendas con m\u00e1s estancias.
